PIIM supports a strong focus on usability standards, user testing processes and ethnographic study. All of our work endures usability review and if possible true, end-user testing. Our team also focuses its efforts on researching current usability testing methodologies and practices to employ. Our network of outside usability consultants enables the PIIM team to continually support its research and real-world activities.
